Our cockerel has to crow particularly loudly in the morning in order to rouse our guests...for our new mattresses and the adjustable slats in 3 different levels of hardness ensure particularly deep, restful sleep.

Embedded in the gorgeous natural landscape of the Kaiserwinkl region, the mountains and the picturesque Walchsee lake, our house is the ideal starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling.

In our apartments in Walchsee you can enjoy either a fabulous view of the Kaiser mountains, or Walchsee lake.

Two holiday apartments with sanitary facilities were completely renovated, and a separate guest entrance area was built. In addition, a laundry and service room for guest accommodation as well as a clearly arranged information room for guests were created. Furthermore, a fire safety and escape route concept, including an electronic fire alarm system, was implemented.
